LAMINATED TUBES

Laminated tubes are one of the stages of tube development. The finer structure of material they are produced from, predetermines these tubes for packing in particular cosmetic products or the filling with higher content of volatile substances. The barrier against leakage represents aluminium or PE foil inserted between the internal and external polyethylene tube jacket.

Tubes from laminated foil with ABL barrier:

Barrier against leakage of volatile substances from the filling and against filling oxidation represents aluminium foil, which is also the carrier of laminated layers of plastic material. The barrier property is the advantage of laminated tubes compared with plastic tubes (PE), which do not have the quality.

Tubes from laminated foil with PBL barrier (EVOH):

Barrier against leakage of volatile substances from the filling and against filling oxidation represents a special plastic material EVOH.
Advantage of laminated tubes with PBL barrier:
• the tube jacket after it has been pressed, returns to the original position – shape memory,
• used tubes are completely recyclable,
• tubes can be manufactured as transparent.
