ALUMINIUM TUBES

Aluminium is optimal as packing material to be used in the food industry, since it is hygienic, non-toxic and preserves the aroma of the packed product. Aluminium is also the lightest of all the packing materials able to provide the above qualities, therefore it saves raw materials as well as power resources necessary for the production of packages.

Aluminium packing materials, in comparison with competitive materials, offer several specific advantages. They have high corrosion resistance and provide an impervious metal barrier against light, UV radiation, water vapour, fatty substances as well as oxygen and micro-organisms. Recyclability is a significant advantage.
Aluminium tubes are fine metal packages for pasty and slightly viscous liquid products, used in the cosmetic, food, pharmaceutical and chemical industries.

Technical specifications:

Aluminium tubes are manufactured from aluminium with purity 99.7 % according to EN AW-1070A and DIN EN 573-3 standards.
The interior of aluminium tubes is covered with canning varnish. On the exterior, base white enamel is applied, or any other required shade of primer.
The tightness of tubes in filling and squeezing out is assured by applying the sealing binder on the inner side of the tube edge.
4-ply printing is applied in accordance with customer requirements and according to PANTONE colour pattern book.
